I'm a Trauma-Informed, Domestic Abuse & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach and Training Consultant.
Using an integration of coaching and counselling skills, I provide recovery coaching and mentoring support to survivors of narcissistic abuse to transform their lives. As part of my service, I provide Therapeutic Family Court Support to survivors going through the family courts.

As a Training Consultant, I design and develop high quality training courses and resources on domestic abuse and narcissistic abuse suitable for professionals and individuals.
​
When I'm not supporting survivors, studying or writing new contents for professional training courses, I enjoy listening to music, dancing, dining out with friends, spending time with family, taking nature walks and travelling.
